Welcome!
I am a third-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Geography at the University of California, Santa Barbara. My broad interests lie at the intersection of migration, population health, policy, and spatial data science.
My dissertation examines the spatiotemporal dynamics of migration between Mexico and the U.S., the role of geographic scale in understanding Latino health disparities, and how neighborhood disadvantage and mobility influence health trajectories over the life course.
I am also a member of the Population Health in Geography research group and a Graduate Associate of the Broom Center for Demography at UC Santa Barbara.
